Shipping policy
Shipping to the US and PR:
We make every effort to fulfill our orders promptly. We ship in stock items within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
We ship all orders using USPS Standard Shipping. These are our rates:

PR shipping rate: $8.00

US shipping rate: $10.00
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150.
Shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
Pickup available in PR:
Once you place your order it would be ready within 2 hours if your order is placed by 5pm local time. Order place during the day will be ready for pick up at afternoon hours. Once your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email sharing the location available for pick up. This service is designed to reduce effort and shipping cost to you.
Please know that holidays and special events may affect pick up hours. You will receive an email notification to inform the status of your order.

Pick-Up Time Frame:
- Customers must coordinate pick-up with us within 15 days of placing the order. Unclaimed orders within that time frame will not be available for store credits or exchange.

International Shipping:
Please be free to contact us if you need shipping outside Puerto Rico or USA. We will be more than happy to coordinate the shipping with vendors available and with the best offer for you. Please contact us via email for further details.
