Refund policy

You can return eligible item(s) for store credit within 10 calendar days of delivery date  by mailing the return to the return address listed below.

To be eligible for return, your item(s) need to be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached.

To return your product by mail, please follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email to emilu.compras@gmail.com, indicating order number, the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange.

  2. Mail return item(s) to:

  1. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

  2. You will receive an email once return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for store credit to be issued.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are non refundable.

  • Products marked as “sale” may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards may not be returned or exchanged. 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Emilu is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once accepted by the mail carrier, we have no control or liability over delivery delays. 
  • To arrange a gift return, please email emilu.compras@gmail.com and we will assist you further.

  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Store Credits

Store credits (in the form of gift cards) are valid for 12 months from the date it was issued. Please present store credit at the time of purchase. 

Discount Codes

Discount codes are entered at checkout. Discount codes can't be applied after purchase.
